IB-40-320E - Electromagnetic Sieve Shaker, For Granulometric Analysis

IB-40-433E - Vibrating Disk Mill

This vibratory disk mill does crush and vibrate aggregates up to 10-12 mm in size, and deliver an output fineness of less than 0.1 mm (depending on the material) in a fast and intensive work.
Features: sealed motor, bearing-supported drive shaft fitted with an eccentric load to create vibration, grinding dishes support and base with rubber silent-blocks to dampen vibration.

IB-40-540E – Accelerated Polishing Machine (Aggregate Abrasion Machine)

Also called PSV machine, simulating actual road conditions onto samples of aggregates, as per BS EN 1097-8 and ASTM E303.
14 specimens fastened to a road wheel turning at approx. 320 rpm, undergo a 725 N force by a solid rubber tyred wheel positioned above the wheel. Corn emery and emery flour emulsion are fed in between by the corresponding mechanisms at each of two polishing stages.
The delivery also includes a set of keys, 4 moulds, 2 bases, a pack of emery corn and another one of emery flour.

IB-40-545E - Skid Resistance Tester

It consists of a pendulum consisting of a Tubular pendulum arm with a stated mass and a spring-loaded rubber slider at its end. The pendulum strikes the sample of aggregate with a constant speed, so the distance reached after striking the sample depends on the sample surface friction, as prepared by the Accelerated Polishing Machine.
Suitable for both lab and field tests (by using the appropriate accessories). Fitted with three adjustable feet, so as the pendulum can always keep a truly circular way.
